Information provided in business enquiries

METOX uses the information you choose to provide, including your name, company, email address, country, product interest, quantity, application and message, to assess and respond to your request. Please do not send confidential formulations or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

How enquiries are processed

When enabled on the Netlify-hosted production website, the enquiry form uses Netlify Forms to process and store submissions. Authorised sales personnel may use your details to reply, prepare quotations or discuss the project you requested. The private review version does not accept or store form submissions. If you use the email preparation option, the details remain in your browser until you choose to open your email app and send the message yourself.

Service providers and website operation

Hosting and form providers may process request information and technical logs needed to operate the website. Business enquiries may be handled in China and through service-provider infrastructure in other countries.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry information is retained as needed to respond to the request, manage related business discussions and meet applicable obligations. Contact selina@metoxchem.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent for future enquiry follow-up.

Cookies and analytics

This initial website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Any future analytics implementation requires a review of the privacy notice and applicable consent requirements.
