Combined Boiler Water Treatment

Product overview

A blended boiler conditioner containing alkaline compounds, phosphates, polymeric scale inhibitors and condensate-protective amines. Provides alkalinity, scale and deposit control with condensate protection. Unlike a dedicated oxygen scavenger, this product primarily conditions boiler water and the condensate circuit. Use a separate compatible oxygen treatment where required; control dosing by feedwater hardness, water tests and blowdown.

Application guidelines

1. Confirm pressure and feedwater hardness. Test boiler alkalinity, phosphate and the specified condensate parameters.
2. Establish dosing according to the TDS. Add at the specified point and maintain by make-up water volume.
3. Retest boiler water and condensate. Adjust with blowdown and load changes; monitor deposits and corrosion trends.
