Product overview

A water-based boiler feedwater oxygen scavenger using the volatile amine and catalyst system described in the product specification. For dissolved-oxygen control in compatible marine boilers and steam generators. An oxygen-treatment option alongside separate scale and alkalinity conditioning. Pressure range, active chemistry and residual test must match the supplied grade; do not assume interchangeability with BW-105 or BW-107.

Application guidelines

1. Confirm active system, pressure range and test method. Check feedwater dissolved oxygen and temperature.
2. Dose at the specified point. Control mixing and residence conditions in conjunction with mechanical deaeration.
3. Retest specified parameters. Adjust by make-up volume and load; check water/steam system operation.
