Product overview

A liquid phosphate-based treatment for boiler hardness and scale control. Maintains suitable phosphate levels and converts calcium hardness into non-adherent deposits that can be removed by blowdown. For controlling hardness-related scale on boiler heating surfaces. Dose into the specified treatment point and monitor boiler-water phosphate and feedwater hardness; remove conditioned deposits through routine blowdown.

Application guidelines

1. Confirm feedwater hardness, pressure and water quality requirements. Test phosphate and related parameters.
2. Dilute only as specified in the TDS. Feed the liquid at the designated dosing point and ensure thorough mixing; control the dose using the prescribed phosphate tests.
3. Retest phosphate and perform blowdown. Adjust maintenance dose by make-up volume and hardness load.
