Product overview

A concentrated polyelectrolyte and antifoam blend specifically for evaporators to help prevent scale and control foaming. For scale and foam control on the brine side of marine evaporators and freshwater generators. Set the dose according to water throughput, brine concentration and operating conditions to maintain heating surfaces and evaporation.

Application guidelines

1. Confirm generator type, dosing point and seawater throughput. Check existing scale and foaming.
2. Dose according to the TDS and equipment procedure into the specified brine side with full dispersion.
3. Track temperature, water production and foaming. Maintain dose by throughput and schedule shutdown inspections.
