Product overview

For maintenance cleaning of washable filter components, removing heavy oil and specified deposits to restore cleanliness. For washable screens, components and compatible elements. Select by media and reuse requirements; inspect passages, structural integrity and filtration performance after cleaning.

Typical applications

• Heavy oil on filters Removes heavy oil, sludge and adhering contamination from filters, elements and screens.
• Overhaul immersion cleaning Immerse or circulate after removal to clean recessed oil not readily washed away.
• Circulating-system filter maintenance For lubricating oil, fuel and other compatible systems; confirm filter materials first.

Application guidelines

1. Confirm cleaning and reuse are permitted. Check media; dismantle under equipment procedures and remove loose soil.
2. Clean as specified. Control contact and mechanical action to avoid media damage.
3. Rinse thoroughly, dry and inspect passages and structure. Accept for refitting or replace as required.
