Product overview

A strongly alkaline cleaner for grease, burnt-on residues and carbon on alkali-resistant cookers, ovens and extraction equipment. Rinse thoroughly and confirm substrate suitability. For commercial kitchen cookers, ovens, hoods and compatible surfaces. Control materials, surface temperature and contact; complete rinsing and acceptance under hygiene procedures.

Application guidelines

1. Stop equipment and control surface temperature. Confirm alkali resistance; scrape off recoverable heavy grease.
2. Apply as specified. Control concentration and contact; brush appropriately and prevent drying.
3. Rinse thoroughly and remove residues. Check food-contact areas under site hygiene procedures before reuse.
