Product overview

A non-ionic surfactant raw material for industrial cleaning, wetting, emulsification and compatible degreasers. For cleaning, degreasing, emulsifying and wetting with compatible alkalis and builders. Select by active content, temperature, foam and emulsion stability; determine ratios in the complete system.

Typical applications

• Cleaner wetting and emulsification Improves working-solution wetting of oil and solids and oil emulsification.
• Metal pretreatment cleaners For validated degreasers with alkaline components and builders.
• Emulsifying and dispersing formulations For non-ionic surfactant action; dose by hydrophilic-lipophilic balance and system compatibility.

Quality & technical documentation

1. Confirm the supplied form, active content and purchase requirements; inspect batch documents and packaging.
2. Add to the validated formulation at specified temperature and mixing conditions; check wetting and emulsification.
3. Test foam, stability and product parameters. Retain dosing records and keep the product sealed as specified.
