Product overview

A blended microbial culture for biological wastewater nitrogen removal, converting nitrate and nitrite to nitrogen gas in municipal and industrial systems. Results depend on water quality, carbon availability, temperature, pH and operating conditions. For bioaugmentation of anoxic stages during startup, recovery after shock loads and nitrogen-removal maintenance. Provide a readily available carbon source, maintain anoxic conditions and manage the sludge; assess influent/effluent nitrogen and operating trends.

Application guidelines

1. Test water and nitrogen load. Check anoxic-stage carbon, temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen.
2. Activate or dose directly into the specified unit as instructed, with mixing, carbon-source supply and sludge management.
3. Track nitrate, nitrite and total nitrogen continuously; adjust maintenance dosing by operating conditions.
