Describe the system
Identify the boiler, cooling circuit or other industrial water system, its materials and operating conditions. Provide available make-up water and circulating-water analyses.
Use tests to define treatment
Review alkalinity, hardness, chloride and other relevant measurements with the system requirements. Dose selection depends on the selected product, water chemistry, load and maintenance practice.
Plan monitoring and replenishment
Agree sampling points, test methods, control limits and recording practices. Confirm chemical compatibility, equipment instructions and current TDS guidance before changing a programme.
