Multifunctional Cooling Water Treatment

Product overview

A concentrated corrosion- and scale-inhibiting liquid for closed cooling systems, including most marine diesel engines and other closed cooling/heating circuits. For main and auxiliary engines and approved closed cooling/heating circuits. Check metals and seals for compatibility; manage corrosion and scale treatment by residual concentration, pH and chloride monitoring.

• Marine closed cooling systems For routine water treatment of main engines, auxiliaries and other closed circuits, managing corrosion and deposits.
• Mixed-metal circuit maintenance For steel, copper alloys and other metals in closed systems; confirm suitability in the TDS.

Application guidelines

1. Confirm circuit materials, current treatment and make-up quality. Clean and renew water where required.
2. Calculate the initial dose from system volume and the TDS. Circulate, mix and test specified parameters.
3. Check residual, pH and chloride regularly. Maintain according to make-up, leakage and corrosion signs.
