Ultrasonic Grease Cleaner

Product overview

A water-based solvent cleaner for animal and vegetable fats, designed for parts cleaning with ultrasonic equipment. For ultrasonic degreasing of valves, nozzles and complex mechanical parts. The cleaner and ultrasonic action remove grease from cavities and shielded areas; control loading, temperature, contact time and rinsing.

Application guidelines

1. Confirm parts and seal materials. Make up the bath as specified; remove thick grease and check equipment.
2. Ultrasonically clean at the prescribed temperature and time. Load baskets without stacking or contact shielding.
3. Rinse, drain and dry. Check holes for oil; maintain or renew the bath according to accumulated contamination.
