For air coolers and turbochargers on marine two- and four-stroke diesel engines. Penetrates, breaks down and removes mineral oil, grease, soot and carbonaceous deposits. For periodic air-side cleaning of charge air coolers and systems. Treats mixed oil/soot deposits during shutdown or equipment-approved online cleaning; inspect passages, drains and heat-transfer surfaces afterwards.

Application guidelines
- Confirm engine and cooler procedures, materials and drainage. Establish the permitted cleaning method.
- Prepare solution according to the TDS. Clean through the specified equipment or shutdown method; control dose and contact.
- Rinse and drain under the equipment procedure. Inspect passages and results before returning to service.

Review oil, grease, soot and carbonaceous deposits together with cooler passages, fins and seals. Selection depends on deposit load, materials and the cleaning method permitted by the equipment procedure.
Is online injection suitable for every air cooler?
Do not assume online injection is permitted. Confirm the engine and cooler manufacturer’s procedure and the current cleaner TDS before selecting online or shutdown cleaning.
