Alkaline Ultrasonic Cleaner

Product overview

A water-based alkaline cleaner for degreasing metals and cleaning engine rooms, decks, holds and tanks, removing grease, sludge and animal/vegetable oils. For ultrasonic degreasing of alkali-resistant metal parts and compatible marine surfaces. Set separate bath and large-area conditions; control total alkalinity, temperature and soil load, with particular attention to compatibility with aluminium, zinc and sensitive coatings.

• Mineral oil and sludge removal Alkalinity and ultrasound intensify degreasing of mineral oils, sludge and general heavy oil on parts.
• Compatible metal maintenance For batch cleaning of alkali-resistant parts and filters, especially complex geometries.
• Maintenance workshop baths For marine or industrial ultrasonic baths using controlled temperature, concentration and time.

Application guidelines

1. Confirm alkali resistance and coatings. Select bath or surface cleaning and trial compatibility.
2. Prepare solution and control temperature and time. In baths, manage loading and oil accumulation.
3. Rinse thoroughly and inspect oil residues and substrate. Collect and treat spent solution under site procedures.
