Product overview

Removes oil, grease and light carbon deposits from metal, plastic and rubber surfaces; for engine rooms, decks, holds and tanks. For heavy oil, sludge and light carbon on compatible marine surfaces. Ensure full contact with deposits; match conditions to materials and seals, with oily effluent collection.

Typical applications

• Engine room oil and sludge Removes heavy fuel, lubricating oil, sludge and stubborn contamination from equipment, bilges and machinery.
• Pre-overhaul deep cleaning Intensive cleaning of pumps, pipework and filter housings before dismantling to ease maintenance.
• Deck and hard-surface cleaning For compatible decks and hard surfaces; brush, spray or immerse according to contamination.

Application guidelines

1. Confirm materials and seals. Remove loose deposits and recoverable oil; prepare effluent collection.
2. Prepare and apply uniformly as specified. Use prescribed brushing or other methods on heavy deposits.
3. Rinse and inspect residual oil and surfaces. Collect oily waste and complete equipment reinstatement checks.
