Separator Disc Cleaner

Product overview

A concentrated liquid cleaner for removing carbon deposits from fuel and lubricating oil separators and their discs. Can be applied directly to contaminated areas. For periodic cleaning of centrifugal separator disc stacks. Treats oil, varnish and carbon deposits during equipment overhaul; inspect disc passages, mating surfaces and reassembly afterwards.

Application guidelines

1. Stop, isolate and dismantle under equipment procedures. Confirm disc materials and remove loose soil.
2. Clean by prescribed immersion or local treatment. Control time and protect precision mating surfaces.
3. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Inspect passages and discs; reassemble and trial-run as required.
