Application guidelines
- Complete degreasing and prescribed surface preparation. Confirm alloy, main acid ratio and target gloss.
- Add as specified in the TDS. Control temperature, time and part loading; check acid bath condition.
- Rinse thoroughly and assess gloss, uniformity and etching. Maintain dosing by treated area and bath analysis.
Use the current product TDS for operating parameters and the SDS for handling, storage and transport. Confirm compatibility under your process conditions.
