A mildly alkaline powder for polished aluminium parts, combining degreasing and wax removal in one stage; suitable for ultrasonic cleaning. Targets mixed oil and polishing wax residues on aluminium parts in a single cleaning stage. Ultrasonic action assists inaccessible areas; maintain the bath according to wax accumulation, drag-out and rinse quality.

Application guidelines

1. Trial for the wax type and substrate. Remove thick wax deposits and establish solution concentration and temperature.
2. Dissolve fully. Clean by immersion or ultrasound as specified in the TDS; avoid stacking that shields surfaces.
3. Rinse and check holes and grooves for wax. Remove floating wax and oil; renew the bath according to cleaning load.
