Application guidelines
- Confirm alloy and film type. Trial representative parts and assess colour, dimensions and film condition after cleaning.
- Dissolve the powder as specified in the TDS. Use the prescribed immersion or ultrasonic process and control temperature and loading.
- Rinse away all solution residues and dry. Check recessed areas and film appearance; remove accumulated oil from the bath regularly.
