Application guidelines

1. Confirm acid type, bath composition and subsequent stages. Trial-check pickling performance and coating compatibility.
2. Add in the order and ratio specified in the TDS. Mix thoroughly and maintain bath-side ventilation.
3. Replenish according to bath condition, mist and throughput. Record acidity, temperature and workpiece results.
