Application guidelines

1. Complete degreasing, rust removal and prescribed rinses. Confirm the process with parts from the same batch.
2. Make up the bath as specified in the TDS. Control blackening conditions and check colour uniformity and bath condition.
3. Rinse, phosphate and finish as specified. Check the complete system's film appearance and lubrication compatibility.
