Degreasing, alloy composition and rinsing affect film quality; assess the combined system by coating adhesion and corrosion testing.

Application guidelines
- Complete alloy-specific degreasing, surface preparation and rinsing. Check for a uniform, water-break-free water film.

- Complete prescribed rinsing and drying, then coat promptly. Test adhesion and corrosion resistance as agreed.
