Product overview
A replenishment product for compatible zinc phosphating baths used before cold extrusion and forming. Restores consumed bath components and drag-out losses to help maintain the coating required for subsequent soap lubrication. Use only with the make-up agent and maintenance system specified in the TDS. Compatibility with PH-102, PH-104, PH-105 or PH-106 must be confirmed for the supplied grade; it is not a universal replenisher for every phosphating bath.

- Routine bath replenishment Replenish by analysis during production to keep active components and process parameters within target limits.
- Continuous line maintenance For wire, tube, fastener and other phosphating lines, with periodic analysis and standardised dosing.

Application guidelines
- Confirm the compatible phosphating system. Sample and analyse specified parameters; check volume, sludge and film condition.
- Calculate the dose and follow the addition sequence specified in the TDS. Add progressively with thorough mixing to avoid locally excessive concentrations.
- Reanalyse and test a panel. Resume production once acidity and film formation return to the operating range.
Use the current product TDS for operating parameters and the SDS for handling, storage and transport. Confirm compatibility under your process conditions.
